Mr. Bill Biancaniello
President and COO
Mr. Biancaniello has more than 25 years of experience in managing high-volume, complex manufacturing operations. Prior to joining PSSI, Mr. Biancaniello was President of Pentair Electronic Packaging, a global electronics manufacturer and marketer with facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Mr. Biancaniello also served as General Manager of operations for Flextronics in Texas, providing contract manufacturing to Fortune 100 companies, as well as start-up businesses.
Much of Mr. Biancaniello's early career and the basis for his operational and technical expertise were spent leading manufacturing operations for Motorola, Rockwell and Alcatel. Each of these organizations has been recognized for excellence with the Malcolm Baldridge Award, The Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence and many others. Mr. Biancaniello holds a Master of Operations Management degree from De Paul University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
He is on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks (C4iSN) and volunteers with Executives in Action, a program matching executives with nonprofit organizations for short-term projects at the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Biancaniello is a member of Technology Entrepreneurs Exchange (TeXchange), which promotes the entrepreneurial environment and develops the next generation of executives for technology companies. He is also a member of CEO Netweavers, a network of CEOs committed to servant leadership and helping others.
