Joining the PSSI team in December 2011, Mr. Schuler has more than 30 years of experience in service supply chain management, including 13 years in the rental/lease and product remarketing industry and 18 years in service parts supply, reverse logistics, product audit, repair, remanufacturing, remarketing and value recovery.

Mr. Schuler's accomplishments include establishing some of the computer industry's first national trade-in programs at Apple and MicroAge, and shared revenue/value recovery programs at Compaq and Dell. He also helped grow one aftermarket services provider, Service Electronics/Micro Exchange, from $18 million to more than $105 million in a span of 10 years and most recently served as President of Micro Product Distributors, a major PC service parts supplier. Other successes include more than $250 million in business revenues on engagements with manufacturers, extended warranty third-party administrators (TPAs), service providers, retailers and resellers.

Mr. Schuler has served on CompTIA's ITSS Executive Council since 2004 and currently serves as the 2012 Vice Chairman. He received the organization's prestigious Industry Award in 2008 in recognition of his service to the computing technology industry.
