Product returns are a reality in every business. At PSSI, we work closely with our customers to develop and execute efficient, cost-effective returns management programs. From Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Return-to-Vendor (RTV) programs, to product placement and inventory optimization, PSSI handles the return management process to meet the service levels that your customers deserve.
We accept individual and bulk returns and audit them against the RMA expectation. Returns are processed promptly according to specified turn times and tracked from end-to-end.
PSSI Return-to-Vendor (RTV) programs are designed to maximize recovery through the pre-testing of your returns per client and OEM specifications.
As a part of the returns management process, we ship replacement and RTV products directly to your customers and vendors, or to you. All No-Trouble-Found (NTF) products are immediately replaced into your product pool to minimize NTF/OEM charge backs, restocking fees and credit rejections.
